文章采用低温液相法,通过在前驱体中加入不同量的硬脂酸钠制备出小颗粒状和束状纳米TiO2干凝胶,用XRD、TEM、UV-Vis等对样品进行了表征;采用浸渍提拉法,将载玻片在2种形貌TiO2的溶胶中制备成膜,比较其光催化活性和亲水性能的差异。结果表明,350℃烧结2h后束状结构纳米TiO2保持原有的形貌,金红石型的质量分数为23.2%,并表现出较好的宏观性能,紫外光照射1h后薄膜接触角低于5°,其对低浓度甲基橙溶液的脱色率为92.6%。
The anatase nano-TiO2 sol was prepared by reaction in a liquid phase under lower temperature. By controlling the addition of Na-stearate, little particle-like and fascicle-like TiO2 gels were prepared and characterized by XRD, TEM, and UV-Vis. The TiO2 nano-film on the surface of glass was made by the dip-tugging method, and its macroscopical capability, such as photocatalysis and hydrophilic activity was analyzed. The microstructure of TiO2 particles was still fascicle-like after heating at 350 ℃ for 2 h,and the fraction of futile phase was 23.2%. The contact angle of the film was less than 5° and the degradation rate of methyl orange solution by the fascicle-like nano-TiO2 reached 92.6% under ultraviolet radiation light after 1 h.
