为了进一步提高楔横轧模具加工效率,提出了平底块式楔横轧模具铣削加工方法。介绍了平底块式楔横轧模具的总体结构、自动化编程、工艺规划和数控铣削仿真加工过程。在此基础上,实现了楔横轧模具高速铣削加工自动化编程和仿真加工,成功地仿真加工出平底块式楔横轧模具,生成的NC代码可直接用于实际生产中。从理论与仿真加工两方面证明了高速铣削加工平底块式楔横轧模具的高效性与可行性。
For the further improvement of manufacturing efficiency and capability of the tool, the milling manufacture method was proposed on the base of flat-bottomed nubbly cross wedge rolling structure. The general structure, automatic NC programming, process programming and NC milling simulated manufacturing process of the flat-bottomed nubbly cross wedge rolling were discussed in detail. Based on the result of study, the cross wedge rolling tool (CWRT) automatic programming and simulation of high-speed milling machining became true, and the CWRT could be successfully machined. The generated NC code could be used in actual production directly. It is proved from both theory and simulation that flat-block CWRT high-speed milling machining is effective and feasible.
