采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了PNW-PMS-PZT四元系压电陶瓷,分析了陶瓷样品的相结构组成,结果表明所有陶瓷样品的相结构为纯钙钛矿相结构;随着PNW含量的增加,陶瓷晶粒逐渐长大;研究了室温下PNW含量对介电性能和压电性能的影响,实验表明,随着PNW含量的增加,介电常数εr、机电耦合系数kp和压电常数d33先增加,PNW含量为0.02mol时分别达到最大值.然后降低;随着PNW含量的增加,介电损耗tanδ一直增加,机械品质因数Qm和居里温度Tc始终降低。PNW含量为0.02mol的压电陶瓷适合制作大功率压电陶瓷变压器。其性能为:εr=2138,tanδ=0.0058,kp=0.61,Qm=1275,d33=380pC/N和Tc=205℃。
The piezoelectric ceramics (PNW-PMS-PZT) were prepared by traditional ceramics process. The phase structure of ceramics sintered at 1 150℃ were analyzed. Results show that the pure perovskite phase is in ceramics specimens, the grain sizes are enhanced with the amount of PNW increased. The effect of the content of Pb (Ni1/2W1/2)3 (PNW)on dielectric and piezoelectric properties was investigated in detail. When the content of PNW is less than 0.02 mol,εr ,kp and d33 increased with the amount of PNW increased. When the content of PNW is more than 0.02 mol,εr,kp and d33 decreased with the amount of PNW increased, Qm and Tc decreased, and tanδ increased all the while with the amount of PNW increased. The piezoelectric ceramics with 0.02 mol PNW was adapted for high-power piezoelectric transformer, and its properties parameter were εr=2138, tanδ=0. 005 8,kp=0. 613,Qm=1 275,d33=380 pC/N,Tc=205℃.
