针对研发人员的激励问题,提出在对研发人员激励的过程中面临3种不确定性,即技术不确定性、市场不确定性和测度不确定性。通过建立一个多任务委托-代理模型,从理论上分析了3种不确定性对研发人员的行为和最优激励契约的影响作用,并由此得到8条重要结论。
To the problem of RD researcher incentive,authors argue that three types of uncertainty-technology uncertainty,market uncertainty,and assessment uncertainty,influence the design of RD researchers' incentive mechanism.By constructing a multi-tasks agency model,authors study on how the three types of uncertainties influence researchers' behavior and the optimal contract.Based on theoretical studies some conclusions are drawn in this paper.
