以某型额定载质量为5 t的轮式装载机司机室为研究对象,结合动力学分析理论,建立了司机室的动力学数学模型。利用实测的司机室基座激励及司机座椅处响应的振动加速度信号,得出司机室结构的频率响应函数,并以此获知司机室结构的动力学特性。研究结果表明,该型装载机司机室结构设计有缺陷,在基座加速度激励下,司机座椅处的响应在一个频率处出现了较大的能量集中,这将引起司机操作的不适。
The dynamic mathematical model of a loader cab with a nominal load capacity of 5 ton was built based on the dynamic analysis theory.The stimulation on the foundation of the cab and the signals of vibration acceleration response on the driver′s seat were measured,by which response function of the frequency and dynamic characteristics of the cab structure were obtained.The result shows that the structural design of the loader cab has defects,under the acceleration stimulation on the foundation,a great energy concentration at a particular frequency appears on the response of the driver′s seat,which may cause the driver to be uncomfortable during the operation.
