在自行搭建的流化床试验台上,研究了温度对木屑气化特性的影响。空气当量比分别为0.15、0.2和0.25条件下,改变反应温度。结果表明:在同一当量比条件下,随着温度升高,H2、CO和CH4主要可燃气体的含量增加,相反CO2的含量下降,燃气的热值增加;在同一温度条件下,燃气热值随着当量比(ER)的增加而减小。
Gasification of wood was performed in pilot-scale fluidized bed. The effect of bed temperature was studied in detail. When the equivalence ratio is 0.15、0.2 and 0.25 respective, changing the reaction temperature. The results showed at the same equivalence ratio, the content of hydrogen, carbon monoxide and methane increased with temperature increasing, the heating value increased too. While carbon dioxide content decreased; at the same temperature, the heating value decreased with equivalence ratio increasing.
