英文摘要：

Globalization does not only bring huge challenges and changes to the fields such as economic and culture, but also triggers a question, that is what kind of human common life is proper in this era＇？ O. Hoffe, who is a German famous contemporary political philosopher, tried to answer this important theory proposed in globalization era with his political ethics. Three important theory contributions were provided by him for contemporary political philosophy. By restoring the close relationship between law, country and exchanged justice, he proposed political ethics related with era of globalization, discussed exchanged justice theory, and explicated an important conception on justice theory application the ideals of the republic of the world Thus, this paper made a concise and clear tease and exposition according to these three aspects.
