According to the shortage of practice teaching in communication engineering,this paper studies how to introduce the cultivation of students＇ employ ability into practice teaching and explores how to make ability cultivation bring into every aspect of practice teaching.This teaching mode was applied in the communication engineering and good results were achieved.
