大型磁力支承系统是一种典型的磁力机械,用传统方法设计其结构和电磁参数将带来较大误差。本文采用场路结合、考虑耦合的设计思想,针对现有设计方法的缺陷,通过支承系统组件的电磁参数设计与分析、结构强度和刚度设计与分析,给出了结构与电磁参数交互设计的方法,并验证了该设计方法的可行性。
As a typical magnetic mechanics, large magnetic supporting system can substitute rigid bearings where impact and friction are insupportable. Traditional method may bring sizeable error in geometrical design. A field-circuit integrated way considering coupling effect was presented. By analyzing and calculating of electromagnetic parameters, intensity and rigidity, subassembly of this system was exemplified to discuss this mutual design method. Feasibility is validated by design results.
