为了进一步研究微生物菌剂对小麦秸秆腐解过程的影响,采用发酵罐处理方法,在静态通气条件下,研究了链霉菌接种对小麦秸秆腐解过程温度、含水量、pH、C/N和电导率的影响。结果表明,接种(+M)处理可以加速堆体温度的升高,整个过程中接种(+M)处理比不接种(-M)处理高12.93%。整个堆肥过程含水率呈下降趋势,但接种(+M)处理使得堆体含水量提高。在堆腐前期(12d),接种处理的pH大于不接种处理。整个堆腐过程接种(+M)处理总的C/N为213.71,而不接种(-M)处理为284.03。接种(+M)处理可以提高堆体的电导率,在堆腐第15天时,接种(+M)处理的电导率达到最大值,而且整个过程接种处理的电导率均高于不接种处理。可见,接种链霉菌可以影响堆体的理化性质,从而加速堆腐进程。
The purpose of this study was to assess how biology mechanism of microbial agent affects wheat straw composting process.By way of fermentation pot processing,under the condition of static ventilation,the effect of Streptomyces thermovulgaris inoculation on temperature,water content,pH,C/N and EC during the wheat straw composting process was investigated.The results showed that Streptomyces thermovulgaris inoculation influenced wheat straw composting process.Streptomyces thermovulgaris inoculation (+M) has higher compost temperature than that of control with 12.93%.The water content in the whole compost process decreases,and inoculation (+M) process increase water content.At the earlier stage of compost (12 d),pH after inoculation (+M) process is higher than non inoculation (-M).In the whole compost process,the overall C/N value of inoculation (+M) is 213.71,while the overall C/N value of non inoculation (-M) is 284.03.It is 33.33% higher after inoculation (+M) process.Briefly,inoculation can increase EC,and when composting reaches 15 d,EC of inoculation (+M) reaches its maximum.And EC averages higher than that of non inoculation process.It is,therefore,stated that Streptomyces thermovulgaris inoculation can influence physicochemical property of compost,and promote this process.
