采用碘化物-碘酸盐平行竞争反应体系对撞击流-螺旋盘管反应器内的微观混合性能进行了实验研究,考察了雷诺数、喷嘴间距、流量比及盘管弯曲直径等因素对离集指数Xs的影响规律。结果表明,增大雷诺数使螺旋盘管反应器的微观混合性能提高,表现为Xs减小。在保证反应物摩尔比一定的条件下,微观混合性能随着A、B溶液的体积流量比的增加而减小。在层流区内,减小喷嘴间距使Xs降低,在湍流区内改变喷嘴间距对Xs影响不明显。对比研究表明,螺旋盘管的混合性能优于相同长度的直管混合性能,且随盘管弯曲直径减小混合性能提高。
Micromixing efficiency of an impinging stream-helical tube reactor was experimentally studied by using a parallel competing iodide-iodate reaction system. Effects of the Reynolds number, distance between nozzles, volumetric flow ratio and structure of helical tube on the segregation index Xs were investigated. The experimental results show that the micromixing efficiency is improved (i.e. segregation index Xs is decreased) with the increase of Reynolds number. Micromixing efficiency decreases with increasing the volumetric flow ratio of solution A and B when the molar ratio of reagents is fixed. In laminar flow region, micromixing efficiency increases with the decrease of the distance between nozzles. In turbulent flow region, the distance between nozzles has slight effects on micromixing efficiency. Micromixing efficiency of the helical tube is better than that of straight tube with similar length, and the smaller the bending diameter, the better the micromixing efficiency of the impinging stream-helical tube reactor.
