以Ca(NO3)2·4H2O和(NH4)2HPO4为原料,采用化学沉淀法,在超声波和机械双重搅拌下,常压合成了羟基磷灰石(简称HA)。对热处理前后的产物进行了X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)分析。结果表明:热处理能显著提高HA粉体的结晶度;热处理前的HA粉体晶粒尺寸较小,热处理后HA晶粒长大。采用超声波和机械双重搅拌获得的HA粉体的结晶度比采用单纯机械搅拌获得的HA粉体的结晶度高。而且,采用双重搅拌获得的HA粉体晶粒大小比较均匀,形状趋于球形,且团聚粘联现象减少,分散性好。
Hydroxyapatite(HA) was prepared by chemical precipitation method under atmospheric pressure with double stirring( ultrasonic and mechanical)and by using Ca(NO3 )2 ·4H2O and (NH4)2 HPO4 as reactant. The precipitated products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmition election microscopy(TEM). The results indicate that the erystallinity of HA powders can be improved by heat-treatment. The dimensions of HA grains before heat treatment are smaller than that of ones heat-treated. Under the condition of double stirring, crystallinity of HA grains is higher and the shape of it is equiaxial. Furthermore, the HA powders are dispersed perfectly.
