在考虑非线性摩擦的基础上,从参数分析的角度对模锻压机动态特性进行研究,并结合实际锻压机系统的仿真实验研究各种因素对超低速动态性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:非线性摩擦力的负阻尼特性是导致系统速度不稳定的主要原因,减小摩擦的负阻尼或增大负载阻尼系数,可增大系统稳定性;减小最大静摩擦力、质量、初始容积或增大油缸作用面积、油液弹性模量,可以减小响应延时。
Considering nonlinear friction,dynamic characteristic of the die forging press was analyzed from the point of view of parameter analysis.Then,the simulation experiment of the forging press system was carried out,and the influence of parameters on the low-speed performance was studied.The results show that the instability of the system is mainly caused by the negative damping characteristic of the nonlinear friction.Thus,the system stability can be effectively improved by the reduction of the negative damping value of the friction or the increase of the load’s damping value,and the response delay can be shortened by the reduction of the maximum value of the static friction,mass,the initial volume or the increase of the area of cylinder,elastic modulus of oil.
