为了研究利用介质阻挡放电进行废水处理,提出了一种新的板-板放电水处理装置—丝网辅助气液两相体介质阻挡放电。丝网的加入,使得放电沿丝网周期性发生,从而使放电比较均匀地分布在放电间隙中,在较大面积(900 cm2)上实现了放电。实验结果表明,在全区域放电情况下,随着频率的降低,放电电流脉冲明显增多,放电功率明显增大。通过靛蓝模拟废水处理,发现放电2 min脱色效果最明显;试样的pH值也从中性变到酸性,有机酸的生成说明染料大分子被破坏。这为利用介质阻挡放电进行工业废水处理提供了一种新途径,由于其特殊的两相体形式,还可用于气处理。
We present a new structure of plate-plate discharge water treatment equipment.The additional wire mesh makes the discharge to occur along the periodic mesh,so that we achieve a uniform discharge in the larger discharge area(900 cm2).Through the experimental study,we find that,under the condition of the discharge extended over the entire surface of the electrodes,the number of discharge current pulses and the discharge power increase significantly as the frequency decreasing.Through the Indigo wastewater treatment,we find that the most obvious treatment effect comes about two minutes after the start of discharge.During the processing of treatment,the pH changes from neutrality to acidic.And the generation of organic acids indicates the destruction of dye molecules.This is a new way for industrial water treatment,use of dielectric barrier discharge.This unique two-phase structure can also be used for gas treatment.
