采用水热法以二乙胺为模板剂合成SAPO-34分子筛,考察了不同晶化时间对SAPO-34晶体结构、形貌的影响,并研究了用SAPO-34分子筛在氮气气氛下碳化的样品制备修饰玻碳电极的催化性能。结果表明,不同晶化时间合成的SAPO-34分子筛晶形差异较大,较佳晶化时间为2.5 h;延长晶化时间,SAPO-34晶体相对结晶度变化不大。晶化时间为2.5 h的SAPO-34样品以弱酸为主,并且经过碳化处理后制备的修饰电极对甲醛具有较好的催化氧化作用。
SAPO-34 molecular sieve was hydrotherrnaUy synthesized with diethylamine as a template. The crystal structure and mor- phology of SAPO-34 were investigated, and the catalytic performance of SAPO-34 molecular sieve samples calcined under nitrogen atmosphere as a modified glassy carbon electrode was also investigated. The results indicated that the crystal shape of SAPO-34 molec- ular sieve varied greatly under different crystallization time and the better crystallization time was about 2.5 h. The relative crystallinity of SAPO-34 crystal had little change with the extension of crystallization time. The sample of SAPO-34 molecular sieve with 2.5 h crystallization time have mostly weak acid sites and preferable catalytic oxidation activities to formaldehyde through carbonization processing as a modified glassy carbon electrode.
