活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)介导的氨基酸氧化修饰是蛋白质氧化损伤的主要机制之一。综述了植物细胞ROS产生、蛋白质氧化及鉴定、氧化蛋白质组学技术及其在植物中相关应用的研究进展,最后提出了目前植物氧化蛋白质组学所面临的问题并展望其前景。
Reactive oxygen species (ROS)-mediated oxidative modification of amino acids is one of the main mechanisms of protein oxidative damage. This article gave an overview of the advances in ROS production in plant cell, protein oxidation and identification, oxidation proteomics in plant-related applications. At last, the current problems in this area were analyzed and the prospects were provided.
