目的:测定临床常用化痰散结中药及应季蔬菜中碘的含量。方法:采用湿法消化处理样品,以国标规定碘盐中碘的测定方法为标准,以淀粉为指示剂,用硫代硫酸钠溶液滴定。结果:昆布的含碘量为558.92μg/g、海藻377.47μg/g、紫菜35.76μg/g、生牡蛎27.77μg/g、香附14.91μg/g、夏枯草8.86μg/g、贝母4.77μg/g、土贝母2.02μg/g、玄参1.85μg/g、芹菜1.88μg/g、菠菜0.75μg/g、木耳0.16μg/g、油菜0.00μg/g,其中由夏枯草等中药组成的甲肿消复方含碘量为2.11μg/g。结论:昆布、海藻的含碘量最高,紫菜、生牡蛎、香附、夏枯草次之,贝母、土贝母、玄参、芹菜中含碘量较少,木耳、菠菜、油菜中几乎不含碘,甲肿消复方含碘量并不高于单味药。
Objective: To determine the content of iodine in the seasonal vegetables and commonly used Chinese herbal medicine with the function of dissolving phlegm and resolving messes. Methods: Samples were processed with wet-oxidation, and then titrated with sodium thiosulfate solution. Starch was used as the titration indicator, and the national standard by which the iodine content in iodized salt was determined was used. Results: The content of iodine in kelp was 558.92μg/g, seaweed 377.47μg/g, laver 35.76lag/g, raw oyster 27.77μg/g, rhizoma cyperi 14.91μg/g, prunella vulgaris 8.86μg/g, fritillaria 4.77μg/g, bolbostemma paniculatum 2.02μg/g, figwort 1.85μg/g, celery 1.88μg/g, spinach 0.75μg/g, agarics 0.16μg/g, rape 0.00μg/g, and the medicinal herbal compound, mainly composed of prunella vulgar, named as Jiazhongxiao contained 2.1 μg/g of iodine. Conclusion: Among all the determined samples, kelp and seaweed were highest in iodine content; laver, rhizoma cyperi, raw oyster and prunella vulgaris had medium iodine content; fritillaria, bolbostemma paniculatum, figwort and celery contained a little iodine; agarics, spinach and rape rarely contained iodine; and the medicinal herbal compound Jiazhongxiao did not contain more iodine than any single medicinal herb.
