In this article, we mainly introduce the concept of weak Hopf quantum Yang- Baxter H-modules. By means of the fundamental theorem of weak Hopf module, we derive the fundamental theorem of weak Hopf quantum Yang-Baxter H-modules. Moreover, we obtain the fundamental theorem of relative Hopf module.
