冬笋煤矿二煤皮带下山在原支护条件下严重变形且支护体部分失效,针对该下山相关生产地质资料,提出了合理的支护方案,利用数值模拟软件FLAC对该方案进行了合理性分析论证.经分析发现实现该巷道围岩稳定的关键在于有效控制两帮煤体的变形,进而设计了在巷道帮部加装预应力桁架锚索配合锚杆网带的联合支护方案.现场试验及实用效果显示,此方案可以有效控制巷道围岩变形,达到使用要求.
The 2 coal belt down - dip roadway of Dongsun Coal Mine is serious deformed, and part of the support fails according to original supporting conditions. Aiming at the correlation production geological data of this belt down - dip roadway, a reasonable supporting scheme is put forward. The scheme is based on analysis and demonstration by FLAC numerical simulation software. The analysis proves that to realize the stable of tunnel surrounding rock can effectively control the deformation of both sides of the roadway. A comprehensive supporting scheme is put forward combining installation prestressed truss anchor on the coal side and anchor rope with bolt net. The industrial field test and measured results show that this scheme can effectively control deformation of roadway surrounding rock, reaching operating requirements.
