英文摘要：
The problem of constructing yearly generation schedule of hydropower plant under the circumstance of power market is studied in this paper. A new combined forecasting method is used for roll -forecast of the runoff during the year and the schedule of future months is amended. The schedule is ensured to be accomplished accurately while the benefit of the hydropower plant is maximized.
