研究了酸度、有机溶剂对萘氧丙草胺(napropamide)荧光强度的影响。结果在pH2.20的0.10mol/L檬酸钠-盐酸缓冲溶液介质中,加入1.00ml乙腈,体系的荧光强度极大地增强。方法的线性范围5.0-1500ng/ml,检测限为1.5ng/ml,λex/em=285/339nm,方法用于河水中萘氧丙草胺含量的测定,结果令人满意。
The effects of organic solvents and acidity on fluorescence intensity of napropamide were studied. With pH adjusted to 2.20 using a 0.10 mol/L sodium citrate-HCl buffer solution, the addition of 1.00 ml of acetonitrile caused a large increase in fluorescence intensity of the system. The method produced a linear response between 5.0 and 1500 ng/ml, with a limit of detection at 1.5 ng/ml. The method yielded satisfactory results in determining concentrations of napropamide in river water.
