目的检测血清6种激素水平,探讨其与妊娠早期胚胎停止发育存在的关系。方法选取2015年1月-2016年12月门诊及住院停经8周~12周且胚胎停止发育患者100例为胚胎停止发育组,另选择同期100例正常早期妊娠妇女为对照。应用化学发光法对2组患者血清中的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、孕酮(PRGE)、雌二醇(e E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)进行检测,并比较2组结果的差异。结果胚胎停止发育组PRGE、e E2显著低于正常妊娠组、TSH显著高于正常妊娠组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2组FT3、FT4、PRL指标差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论妊娠早期胚胎停止发育与孕妇血清中PRGE、e E2、TSH水平异常具有密切关系。
Objective To detect the hormone content of 6 serums and discusse the relationships with termination of embryonic development in early state of gestation. Methods 100 patients hospitalized from January 2015 to December 2016 for menstruation cessation of 8-12 weeks and termination of embryonic development were taken as research objects. At the same time,100 women in early stage of normal gestation were taken as control group. These two groups were further compared using chemiluminescence assay to measure their Thyroid stimulating hormone( TSH),progesterone( PRGE),estradiol( e E2),prolactin( PRL),free three triiodothyronine( FT3),free thyroxine( FT4). Results PRGE and e E2 of women suffering termination of embryonic development were lower than those of the control group. In addition,TSH of them was significantly higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There was no statistical significance in the differences of FT3,FT4 and PRL between the two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The termination of embryonic development in early stage is closely correlated to abnormal content of PRGE,e E2,and TSH.
