研究了盘型件双面辗压成形过程,分析了辗压头与坯料各接触区域受力状态。以金属成形理论为基础,建立了盘型件双面辗压的计算模型,通过对任一时刻辗压变形过程中力能参数的研究,推导出辗压力和力矩的计算公式,获得了其解析解,并研究了辗压头参数对辗压力及力矩的影响规律。其结果对辗压设备的设计及进一步研究盘型件辗压工艺规律提供了理论依据。
Process of rolling forming from both side of disk type parts has been studied with analysis of forces applied to rolling head and each contacting zone on billet. Upon metal forming theory, Calculating model has been established for rolling force and moment derived from energy parameters at any time in deforming and analytic solution been obtained, influencing rule of rolling head parameter on force and moment been studied hence theoretic base for design of rolling mill and technology of disk rolling forming.
