基于形状记忆合金(SMA)的超弹性能,以索、缆及细长杆类结构的振动控制为目的,研制了一种新型SMA阻尼器。这种阻尼器能够同时控制索、缆及细长杆类结构的垂直于索杆轴线的任意方向的振动。建立了该种新型阻尼器的力学模型,并在模型的基础上进行了力学分析。给出了该种阻尼器的阻尼力与振动位移关系公式,并针对三款该种阻尼器缩尺模型给出了具体数据。
Based on superelasticity of shape memory alloy (SMA), a new type of damper device was developed for vibration control implementation of cable like structures~ vibration control. This kind of damper could control the vibration of cable and pole like structures in all directions which were vertical about the axis of cables or poles. A mechanics model of such a reduced--scale SMA damper was performed. The formula of the output damping force and displacement was obtained for this kind of SMA damper,based on the established mechanics model. Data, in detail, of three reduced--scale damper model were presented.
