内窥镜手术结合中药治疗鼻窦炎疗效分析

目的分析清热利湿祛瘀中药用于治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及对于鼻粘膜纤毛清除功能以及组织重朔的影响。方法收集慢性鼻窦炎患者82例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,择期行FESS术,观察组采用清热利湿祛瘀中药治疗,对照组予以常规处理。结果观察组的纤毛传输速率较对照组显著提高,光镜检查82.9%降低至0期,显著高于对照组的65.8%,免疫组化指标改善情况显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论清热利湿祛瘀中药治疗慢性鼻窦炎可显著改善鼻粘膜纤毛清除功能以及组织重朔,疗效较好,值得推广应用。

英文摘要:

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effectiveness of treating chronic nasosinusitis by using Chinese med- icine of clearing heat, eliminating dampness and stasis, and its influence on the nasal mucosal cilia clearance and tissue re- modeling. Methods 82 patients with chronie nasosinusitis were collected, who were evenly divided into the Observation Group and the Control Group. FESS surgeon was operated for the patients in a proper time, and patients in the Observation Group were treated with Chinese medicine of clearing heat, eliminating dampness and stasis, and the Control Group adopted routine treatment. Results The mucociliary transport rate of the Observation Group was significantly higher than that of the Control Group, and 82. 9% of the patients in the Observation Group dropped to 0 phase by light microscopy, which was sig- nificantly higher than the Control Group, with the index of 65.8% , and the improvement of the immunohistochemistry index of the Observation Group proved to be significantly better than that of the Control Group, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Chronic nasosinusitis treated by Chinese medicine of clearing heat, eliminating dampness and stasis can significantly improve nasal mucosal cilia clearance and tissue remodeling, with good therapeutic effectiveness, and it is worthy of application and popu- larization.
