从一家学习成长型民营企业的案例出发,本文针对其绩效管理中存在的职责划分、考核困难等问题,结合企业实际设计了基于学习成长的绩效管理体系。案例研究表明,通过更新绩效思想观念、建立有效科学绩效管理方法等问题,可以提升民营企业的绩效。研究结论对于民营企业建立有效的绩效管理体系具有一定的指导意义。
The paper starts from the case of a high-growth private enterprise,and designs the performance management system on the basis of learning guiding according on the assignment of duties and performance appraisal.The research gives some suggestions on advancing the performance of private enterprises such as the renewal of thinking and building a scientific and effective performance management system.
