为了研究超短钢纤维混凝土在压剪复合载荷下的破坏机理,分别加工了纤维体积含量为0、1.5%和3%、边长为7 cm的立方体试块,振动成型、脱模和标准养护后,在材料试验机上采用不同倾角的楔形剪切夹具,开展了静态载荷下的压剪损伤破坏试验研究,点绘了3种类型钢纤维混凝土的抗剪断曲线τ~σ,得出各自剪切强度指标(黏聚力C和内摩擦角准),并探讨了试件强度与纤维体积含量之间的关系,可为工程设计和选材提供一定的参考。
In order to study the failure mechanism of ultrashort steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) under compression/shear composite loading,three batches of cubic specimens containing fiber volume fraction of 0,1.5% and 3% were made,the side-length of the specimen is 7cm.After casting,demoulding and curing,the compression-shear failure tests are conducted on material test system,the angles of specimen fixture for the wedge shear apparatus are typically changed.Based on the experimental data,the shear curves of for SFRC with three volume fractions are plotted and thus the corresponding cohesion C and internal friction angle are obtained.The relationship between the strength indices and the fiber volume fraction is further discussed.The conclusions can offer some reference value for engineering design and material choice.
