为解决产品布局智能化设计问题,对产品布局设计方法进行研究。根据机械产品方案设计中结构布局约束的特点,提出基于位姿图和性能融合模型的产品布局设计方法。该方法对产品布局约束关系抽象化,建立布局设计约束之间的关系表达。在性能求解方面,构建产品功能需求模型、运动功能配置和模块结构之间的映射,得到产品简化布局模块结构。在此基础上,以低序体阵列表达产品布局拓扑结构,并且利用位姿图建立的空间布局模型,对产品模块结构进行定位、定序及邻接等关系的描述和布局组合操作,得到产品结构布局方案。在Pro/E平台中,利用VC.net 2003工具二次开发产品布局设计系统,以数控机床产品布局设计为例,运用提出的方法对其进行布局约束信息表达和布局求解,验证该模型的可行性和有效性。
To meet requirements of intelligent design of product layout,a novel approach is put forward on the basis of analyzing product structure layout constraints.The methodology is defined as a fusion model constructed through a position graph and a performance model.The performance model is a mapping among product function requirements model,movement allocation model and simplified module structure;the product topological layout structure is described by a lower body array.A position graph is used to illustrate the relation as location,order and adjacency of product module spatial layout structure,and also to assemble the layout structure.Product layout design system is developed by using VC.net 2003 under the Pro/E platform,as an example,the layout design of NC machine tools proves the applicability and effectiveness of the method.
