为了探讨臭柏形态学性状的变异规律,对形态变异类型进行筛选与选育,针对毛乌素沙地天然臭柏4种变异类型的开枝角度、叶长度、叶宽度、灌高、小枝数、节间长6个形态学特征以及生长量,采用样线结合随机抽样的方法进行调查,结果表明:臭柏种群的形态性状变异主要来自于种群内的个体间,种群间差异很小。直立型的平均开枝角度〈40°,而匍匐型的〉40°,且生长速度比直立型快。4种变异类型中,灰绿匍匐型生长最好,当年平均生长量为10.14 cm,在沙地固定、水土保持以及城市绿地建设中,有着广泛的推广应用前景。
The morphological characters of four variation types of Sabina vulgaris Ant. , the branching angle, the length and widen of leaves, height, number of branch and internode length, and growth were researched by combining Line transect method to random sampiing method for discussing its Variability of Morphological characters and selecting morphological variation types. The results showed that the Variability of Morphological characters in population of Sabina vulgaris Ant. were significance. It was not significant among the different pepulaions of Sabina vulgaris Ant. The average branching angle of upstanding type was less than 40°. It was more than 40°of procumbent type. The growth of procumbent type was faster than upstanding type. The mignonette procumbent type grew better than others, the average growth of which was 10. 14cm. So, the mignonette procumbent type of Sabina vulgaris Ant. has the widespread application prospect in the sand -fixation effects, water conservation and green Construction in urban.
