The structure of kidney visceral manifestation theory including seven systems, they are kidney-essence system, kidney-brain system, kidney-marrow system, kidney-bone system, kidney-source qi system, kidney-fluid and humor system and kidneytiangui-chong and ren system. The kidney-essence system is the core part of the kidney visceral manifestation theory structure, this system is composed of innate essence, acquired essence, viscera and bowels essence, reproduction essence and so on. Kidney-essence system through kidney essence, kidney-qi, kidney-yin and kidney-yang play its physiological function. The kidney-brain system is the primordial spirit which transformed by the innate essence, embodied in kidney essence as origin of will, fear as emotion of kidney. The kidney-marrow system is composed of bone marrow, Spinal cord, and brain. Kidney essence manufactures the marrow, the marrow transforms blood, then replenish bone and the brain. The kidney-bone system is a frame of the human body, it can support the body, protect the internal organs and maintain body movement function. The teeth are an extension of the bone, bone and tooth are all the outward manifestation of being senility. The kidney-source qi system is about ＂kidney is the root of source qi＂, it is the source of vital movement. One of the main function is ＂kidney dominating the reception of qi＂, this function is helpful for the respiratory function. The main function of kidney-fluid and humor system is regulating the metabolism of body fluid. And also related with other functions including qi transformation, kidney is the switch of stomach, the kidney meridian connects with bladder and so on. Kidney-tiangui-chong and ren system control essence, blood and reproduction, also related with the function of uterus, essence chamber and testicle.
