为全面准确地对水平定向钻机的整机设计方案进行决策,提出了供应商参与下,基于部件方案评价的整机设计方案决策模型。在该决策模型中,通过扩展质量屋,实现对供应商的评价及产品的规划;利用证据理论对部件方案进行评价,以此集成部件权重,实现对整机设计方案的评价。以评价积分、成本和性价比为组合标准,在外购件方案组合优化基础上,对水平定向钻机整机设计方案进行了排序优选。以某型号水平定向钻机的整机设计方案决策为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。
To achieve comprehensive and exact evaluation on outline schemes decision-making for horizontal directional drilling development, an outline schemes decision-making model was introduced based on parts schemes evaluation with suppliers' participation. In this model, Houses of Quality (HoQ) were expanded to realize suppliers' evaluation and product planning based on the principles of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and evidence reasoning was applied in parts evaluation, thus the outline schemes evaluation was achieved by integrating parts power. Some feasible outline schemes of horizontal directional drilling were order-sorted based on the combinatorial optimization of outsourcing parts schemes with standards of evaluation mark, cost and ratio of performance & price. Finally, a case study of outline schemes decision-making for horizontal directional drilling was provided to verify the effectiveness of the method.
