水、土、能等资源是人类社会各种经济活动的重要基础,研究区域各种资源开发利用与碳排放的相互影响机制,对于推动资源节约和经济社会低碳转型具有重要意义。采用河南省18个地级市2006—2014年的相关统计数据,分析了河南省碳排放的时空变化特征,对水、土、能等资源利用效率和碳排放强度的关系进行了初步探讨。得出以下结论:1河南省总体碳排放量呈逐年递增趋势,但地市之间差异明显;2在河南全省及三大区域的空间大尺度上,资源利用效率与碳排放之间存在明显的相关性;3在河南省地级市空间尺度上,资源利用效率与碳排放强度的对应关系并不完全吻合;4对于不同区域而言,在今后的发展过程中,应综合考虑碳排放强度和资源利用效率的关系,对碳减排和资源利用效率提升的目标应该有所侧重和区分,采取差别化的发展策略,这对于河南省未来经济社会的低碳转型具有重要意义。
Water,soil,energy and other resources is an important basis for a variety of social and economic activities of mankind. It is of great significance to promote resource-saving and low-carbon transformation of economy and society by studying the mutual influence mechanism between resource development and utilization and carbon emission. Based on the statistical data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2006 to 2014,in this paper,we analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristics of carbon emissions in Henan Province,and maked a preliminary study on the relationship between water,soil and energy use efficiency and carbon emission intensity. The conclusions are as follows: 1The total carbon emission of Henan Province is increasing year by year,but the difference is obvious. 2There is a significant correlation between resource use efficiency and carbon emission in Henan Province and in three regions at large scale. 3At the spatial scale of prefecture-level cities in Henan Province,the corresponding relationship of the efficiency of resource utilization and carbon emission intensity does not exactly match with each other. 4For different regions,in the future development process,we should consider the relationship between carbon emission intensity and resource utilization efficiency,focus on and distinguish the goal of carbon emission reduction and resource utilization efficiency,and take a differentiated development strategy,which is of great significance to the low-carbon transformation of Henan's future economic society.
