The new college entrance examination system involves separate examinations of skill - oriented and academy - oriented talents, so as to realize the equality of occupation education and general education, which will certainly bring profound influence to the future development of higher vocational education in Jiangsu coast. It will inevitably arise an all - round higher education degree system from colleges to bachelors to masters, will pay more attention to the employment as the guidance, will take abilities as standards, will become more integrated into the local economy and ecology, will change market competitive power to the development of higher vocational education. At the same time, two forms of col- lege entrance examinations will make the excellent talents flow to the higher vocational colleges, in order to lay a solid foundation for creating sophisticated manufacturing industry.
