对于多组元物系分离精馏塔,理论板数(N)、最小理论板数(Nmin)、回流比(R)、最小回流比(Rmin)的关系符合Gilliland关联曲线。为适应计算机在精馏设计过程中的应用,目前国内外已提出了许多不同类型的Gilliland关联式。本文首先归纳分析了已有关联式的应用范围及优缺点,然后利用Origin软件采用最小二乘法对原始的Gilliland实验数据进行回归得到了一种新Gilliland关联式。最终将新Gilliland关联式计算的理论板数与已有实例数据、已有关联式计算的理论板数进行比较,结果表明新Gilliland关联式准确性好,形式简单,且满足边界条件。
For multicomponent separation column, the relationship between theoretical plate number (N), minimum theoretical plate number (Nmin), reflux ratio (R) and minimum reflux ratio (Rmin) accorded with Gilliland correlation diagram. In order to adapt to the computer application in the distillation design process, many different types of Gilliland correlations had been put forward at home and abroad. This paper inductived and analysed the application scope, relative merits of these existed correlations, and then a new Gilliland correlations was obtained through the least square method regression of original Gilliland experimental data with the Origin software. Finally the results of new Gilliland correlations were compared with existed instance data and the results of existed correlations. The results showed that the accuracy of the new Gilliland correlation was better, form was simple, and satisfyed the boundary conditions.
