中国经济自改革开放以来取得了举世瞩目的成就，随着经济发展步入新的阶段，除了继续关注经济增长的速度问题，增长的质量问题亦应提上议事日程。本文从包容性增长的视角出发，建立了一个包含经济成果创造和经济成果分享两个维度，20个基础指标的指标体系，运用主成分分析的方法，对中国2001—2011年间及31个省域地区在2004—2011年间的经济增长质量进行测度和评价。结果表明我国近年来经济增长质量整体得到显著改善，但区域差距依然较大，东部地区集中了经济增长质量较好的省份。

英文摘要：

China has achieved a great success since the reform and opening up, as the economy developed into a new stage, we should not only focus on the speed of economic growth, but also pay more attention on the quality of economic growth. Based on the perspective of inclusive growth, this paper builds an index of quality of economic growth, which include two dimensions of creating of economic fruits and sharing of economic fruits, constitutes 20 basic indicators. Principal Component Analysis is used here to measure the quality of the economic growth of China as a whole from 2001 to 2011 ,and 31 provinces from 2004 to 2011. The result of our study show that the quality of economic growth in overall level has been significantly improved, but the regional gap is still very large, the provinces in eastern part are better in quality of economic growth.
