《诸病源候论》导引法不同呼吸形式对中脘皮温影响的实验研究

目的:以《诸病源候论》所载一条调理脾胃的导引法为研究对象,以中脘穴区皮温作为检测指标,观测不同三调技术搭配方案对中脘部位皮温的改变。方法:首先,在综合分析该书导引三调特征基础上,根据其文字描述分别还原出可能的三调操作技术,然后运用统计学方法发现不同呼吸形式对皮温的影响。结果:吸气后屏气上举与安静态比较,皮温变化的波动幅度更小,具有规律性,其穴区均温、穴点温度、穴区最高温度和穴区最低温度的波动幅度与安静态比较差异有统计学意义。结论:调心和调息操作标准一致前提下,吸气后屏气操作,中脘穴区温度波动幅度更小,容易产生温热感。

英文摘要:

Objective: One Daoyin regulating spleen-stomach function,which comes from General Treatise on the Etiopoly and Symptomology of Diseases,is taken as an object; three adjustments’ manipulations of all the possibilities are regained according to the description in words for the Daoyin. Skin temperature of CV12 area is selected as observations for all kinds of associations of three manipulations,to find the influence on the skin temperature of different breathing pattern.Methods: Firstly,Based on the research on the Daoyin characters of three adjustments in this book,three adjustments’ manipulations of all the possibilities are regained according to the description in words for the Daoyin; then the statistical method is applied to find the influence on the skin temperature of different breathing pattern. Results The experiments results show that compared with the state of peace,the vibrations of skin temperature are weaker and with regularity in the state of lifting while holding breathing after inspiration. There is statistical difference between the two states in the skin temperature vibration of CV12 area of mean temperature,the highest temperature,the lowest temperature and the right acupoint temperature. Conclusion: For the Daoyin,when the body and mind adjustments are the same,the skin temperature vibrations of CV12 area when holding breathing after inspiration are more weaker,which leads to warm feeling.
