After the architecture of web service was analyzed ,a mechanism of clarity integration accessing of the distributed heterogeneous database based on web services technology of Microsoft. NET was introduced, in which the information resource in the field of oil artesian is well regarded as main study object. The key technology and the achieving principle of the special XML Web Service and the data integration XMI Web service in the mechanism were introduced.
