Growing up after the reform and opening policy, the new - generation migrant workers are gradually switc- hing from survival type to the developing type, and most of them begin to have much higher expectations for cultural and spiritual needs. Paying attention to their spiritual life and protecting their cultural rights and interests not only could show special love but respect to this special group. At the same time, it is also the basic requirement of con- strutting harmonious society and implementing cultural strategy.
