基于我国T0304—2005粗集料试验方法中存在的问题,通过运用Plackett-Burman设计法,针对可能影响粗集料密度及吸水率实测值的试验因子,采用两种不同吸水率水平的(大于2%和小于2%)粗集料,分别研究了粗集料粒径、 水分状况、 待测样品冷却时间、 浸泡时间、 擦干状况、 水浴温度及测试试样冷却时间等7个因子对粗集料密度及吸水率的影响.统计学方差分析表明,在不同吸水率水平下,这7个因子对粗集料的毛体积密度、 表干密度、表观密度及吸水率的实测值有不同程度的影响.在此基础上对我国T0304—2005粗集料密度及吸水率试验方法提出了相应建议.
To cope with the problems of method of testing coarse aggregates specified in T0304—2005 , by using Plackett-Burman design method, aiming at the experimental factors which may have effect on the measured values of density and water absorption of coarse aggregates, applying to aggregates with 2 levels of water absorption ( less than 2% or greater than 2%) , the influence of the factors include coarse aggregates size, moisture condition, cooling time of the sample before test, soak time, drying condition, water temperature, and cooling time of the tested sample on density and water absorption of coarse aggregates are studied respectively. Statistical analysis of variance shows that these factors have different degrees of impact on the measured values of bulk volume density, skin drying density, apparent density and water absorption of coarse aggregates. On this basis, the suggest for revising the method for testing density and water absorption of coarse aggregates specified in T0304—2005 is put forward.
