根据对近红外光谱仪智能化和便捷化的使用需求,设计实现了一种信号增益可自适应调节的高精度便携式近红外光谱仪数据采集系统,并提出了一种更加便捷有效的光谱预处理算法。系统采用可编程增益的模数转换器AD9826,并利用FPGA实现对其增益的自适应调节。自适应增益调节算法最高支持6倍增益放大,可有效减小AD9826非线性误差的影响,使仪器的性噪比高达68dB。基于参数白适应辨识的SG阈值滤波算法使得光谱图像既平滑又不失真,在良好的滤波效果下,仍能让仪器分辨率保持小于10nm。研制的数据采集与处理系统能更好的体现仪器智能化的发展方向,应用前景广阔。
According to intelligent and convenient requirements, a kind of portable near infrared spectrometer data acquisition system with the faction of gain self-adaptation algorithm is developed. The data acquisition system con- tains an analog-to-digital converter AD9826, in which the gain is programmable. The faction of gain self-adaptation algor/thm supports up to 6 gain of amplifier, which can effectively reduce the nonlinearity of AD9826, and make the SNR of instrument up to 68 dB. SG threshold fihering algorithm based on the parameter adaptive identification can make spectral images smoothly and no distortion. The test results show that the resolution of the instrument is less than 10 nm in the case of a good filtering effect. The developed data acquisition system with the faction of gain self-adaptation algorithm makes the instrument more intelligent, and shows broad application prospects.
