采用多壳程进口聚丙烯中空纤维膜器测定了在吸收剂分布式进料操作条件下,中空纤维膜器壳程流体停留时间分布,据此分析了吸收剂壳程分布式进料时的壳程流动特性,结果表明在中空纤维膜器壳程存在返混等非理想流动。同时,针对酸性气体膜吸收传质实验,分析了吸收剂分布式进料操作时中空纤维膜酸性气体吸收过程的传质特性,并与单一进口进料操作时的传质特性作了比较,证明了壳程非理想流动会造成传质效率的下降。
A hollow fiber contactor with a multi-inlet was designed in order to investigate the hydrodynamics of the shell side fluid. Resistance time distribution results show that both backflow and channels exist in the shell side fluid, and that the multi-inlets design is superior to that of a single inlet. With an increase in fluid velocity, non-ideal flow can be further improved. Shell side mass transfer experiments also show that the multi-inlet method can lead to an increase in mass transfer coefficient, and that non-ideal flow has a signifiant influence on the mass transfer process.
