英文摘要：

Cell is the basic unit of life activity. Cell biology is accumulated by continuous human application of contemporary technology to solve scientific problems,and relates to all the life activities. Cell biology is a preclinical course in the four year program medical nursing specialty. Application of problem- based learning（ PBL） in medical nursing teaching could enhance students ＇ ability of self- learning,teamwork,language expression,problem analysis and resolution as well as their academic performance. Meanwhile,it also urged the teachers continuously to upgrade their teaching skills. These are important to deepen the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality,which could form a medical cell biology characteristic of the PBL teaching mode.
