从生活污水处理厂的活性污泥中分离出一株17α-乙炔基雌二醇(17α-ethynylestradiol,EE2)高效降解菌,经生理生化以及16SrRNA序列分析,该菌株为贪铜菌属(Cupriavidus).研究表明:该菌株降解EE2的最适条件为温度30℃,pH7,最佳条件下菌株在7d内对浓度为25mg·L^-1 EE2的降解率可达到82%.
DE7, a bacterial strain that can effectively degrades 17α -ethynylestradiol (EE2) ,was isolated from activated sludge of wastewater treatment plant. Based on its physiological and biochemical characters, as well as 16S rDNA sequence analysis, this strain was identified as Cupriavidus. The optimal temperature and pH for the strain utilizing EE2 was 30℃ and 7, respectively. Under the degradation of EE2 with initial concentration of 25 mg·L^-1, the 82% degradetion rate was obtained indicated that the degradation rate of EE2 by the strain within 7 days was 82%.
