采用高速摄影仪对自行制备的水力直径为0.5mm的水平微通道内气液两相流动进行了可视化实验研究,获得异形截面微通道内气液两相流型图,并与文献中微通道内气液两相流型图进行了对比。结果表明:在实验工况下,异形截面微通道内发现了泡状流,弹状流及平行流,且由于表面张力和憎水通道壁面的作用使得平行流易发生于该微通道内。此外,异形截面的形状和壁面润湿性对微通道内的流型及流型转换影响较大。
Gas-liquid two-phase flow patterns were visualized by a high-speed camera for nitrogenwater flow in a horizontal irregular micro-channel with a hydraulic diameter of 0.5 mm.The gas-liquid two-phase flow regime map was obtained and compared with the relevant literatures. The experimental results showed that three typical flow patterns including bubbly flow,slug flow and parallel flow were observed in the irregular micro-channel at different gas and liquid superficial velocities.The parallel flow was more likely to occur than other two flow patterns in the micro-channel due to the effects of surface tension and the hydrophobicity of the channel wall.In addition,both the cross-section shape and the surface wettability had a significant influence on the flow pattern and flow regime transition in the irregular micro-channel.
