After testing and analyzing the content of REE in rock, soil and its crop in Zhijin, Guizhou province, this paper expounds the transfer and enrichment between rock, soll and its crop with a more deep level. This provides a prudent attitude for further exploitation and using of REE, avoiding jeopardizing environment and human beings.
