针对两种钛合金棒材连轧孔型系统——"平三角-圆"孔型系列Ⅰ和"平三角-圆"孔型系列Ⅱ,将Φ25mm的TC4钛合金棒材在八机架Y型连轧机组上轧制成Φ15mm的成品,基于对连轧过程的有限元模拟,结合钛合金棒连轧生产中常见的耳子、扭转、圆度差等问题,进而对这两种连轧孔型系统进行对比优化,选择合理的钛合金棒材连轧孔型系统以避免上述问题的产生,进而提高产品的形状精度和尺寸精度,并对工业生产起到一定的理论指导意义。
For two kinds of pass system during titanium alloy bar continuous rolling,namely "flat triangleround"groove seriesⅠand"flat triangle-round"groove seriesⅡ,the TC4 titanium alloy rod with diameter ofΦ25mm was rolled into the products with diameter ofΦ15mm on Y type rolling unit with eight frame.Based on the finite element simulation of rolling process,these two kinds of rolling pass system were compared combination with the common problems of ears,torsion and roundness error during the titanium alloy rod rolling.Finally,the reasonable pass system was chosen in order to avoid the above problems,and then improve the shape accuracy and dimensional accuracy of products,which will produce certain theoretical guiding significance for industrial production.
