According to the control requirements and the relevant process parameters of the edge machine,a new automatic control system was built.It consists of a programmable logic controller,an Vector VFD frequency converters,AC variable frequency electric motors and a number of electrical components as the main frame of the rotary automatic speed control system.A new control method and a new algorithm are given.The move position of the edge machine can be precisely controlled.The rotating diamond saw blade can be moved to and fro.Practical application proves that this control system has high reliability and good adaptability,assuring constant quality of products.
