分流分相多相流量测量方法是新一代在线多相流量测量方法,分流分相式多相流量计具有体积小、精度高等优点。通过从被测主流体取样分流出一部分气液混合物,分离后采用单相仪表测量取样流体流量,然后根据取样流体与主流体的比例关系获得被测流体流量。分流分相测量方法成功的关键在于设计合适的分配器,保证取样流体和被测流体之间具有确定的比例关系。目前已经开发出了三通管型、取样管型、转鼓型、转轮型、旋流型管壁取样器等取样分配装置,其中,旋流型管壁取样器通过多孔取样和流型整改保证了取样的代表性,无运动部件、取样孔不易堵塞,非常适合海上油气田的开发。
The extracting and separating method (ESM) type multiphase flow meter is a new multiphase metering methods, which measures the multiphase flow by extracting and separating a small fraction of the mixture into single phase firstly, and then utilizing single-phase flow meter to measure the flow rates of each phase rather than metering the two-phase flow directly. The stable relationship between the extracted stream and that of the multiphase flow to be measured is a crucial factor for ESM and during recent years, T-junction type, Sampler tube type, Rotational drum, Rotational wheel, and Swirler type distributors were developed to achieve this goal. For the Swirler type distributor, multi-holes sampling and flow pattern modified technology was applied to improve the representative of the fluid sampled. This kind of distributor doesn't have moving parts and the sampling hole is not easily blocked. It can be widely used in offshore oilfield.
