现有的研究尚缺乏系统的针对新创企业高层管理团队的薪酬制度设计研究。基于现有研究回顾和创业活动特征的考察,总结了新创企业高层管理团队薪酬设计中的两个主要问题,并且指出了影响这一薪酬制度设计的主要因素,提出了一个新创企业高层管理团队薪酬制度安排的综合模型。
There is a shortage of systemic research on the compensation system of the top management team in new ventures. Based on the review of existing literature and the exploration of entrepreneurial activity, this paper summarizes the two major problems in the compensation design of the top management team, points out the factors affecting the design process, and gives an integrate model of compensation system of the top management team of new ventures.
