对于计及风电不确定性的机组组合问题,需要选择合适的风电置信度。随着风电置信度增减,机组组合经济成本与风险成本呈现此消彼长的关系,理应存在最优风电置信度,使机组组合经济性与风险性达到平衡。建立了包含风电置信度的机组组合优化模型,以机组组合经济性与风险性综合成本达到最小为优化目标,求解最优风电置信度。对风险成本进行离散线性化处理,将该问题转化为混合整数规划问题。对含风电场的6节点和IEEE 118节点系统进行仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性。
Wind power uncertainty confidence coefficients need to appropriately choose in unit commitment. Economic cost and unit commitment risk changes with confidence coefficients. There should be an optimal confidence coefficient leading to the best balance between cost and risk. This paper presents a method to optimize wind power confidence coefficient in unit commitment. The proposed method introduces wind power confidence coefficient into unit commitment to minimize economic and risk costs. A concrete linear method is proposed to linearize risk cost term, transforming initial program into a mixed integer program. Finally, simulations are carried out on a 6-bus system and a modified IEEE 118-bus system to verify effectiveness of the proposed method with satisfactory results.
